Recharge-Regroup-Reengage (Unplug) Matthew Brandt, Tactical Retreat Unplugged, Veteran, PTSD, Suicide, Retreats, Mental Health

Matthew is a retired cop that delivers fast paced, often outrageously funny presentations and retreat programs.

Matthew will have you laughing yet learning during your retreat weekend. Bring your spouse, best friend, or partner to the hills of Virginia to unplug for a short while, while learning how to deal with the issues of cumulative trauma and PTSD symptoms.

We will discuss topics such as personal mental health, suicide, physical wellness, and peer support. Addressing cumulative trauma issues in your life, so you and your spouse or significant other can live a long and happy life together, on the same page.

When you leave our mountain retreat, you will have a better understanding of what PTSD and Cumulative Trauma are and the impact it has on you and your family every day.  You will also have spent time unplugged, off grid, in the mountains of Appalachia beside people just like you that have walked where you walk.

Creative Retreat Space-

There is nothing better for a musician writing music, trying new songs, in a mountain setting without the distractions of the world all around.  Authors learning to write, expanding their creative ability or the yoga enthusiast’s coming to utilize our renowned “floating deck” in the middle of the Jefferson National Forest… Our venue is small but mighty, private but close, off-grid but not primitive.  A unique experience to say the least!
