Trauma Retreat

We are happy to provide the basics of what trauma is, what it is not and to provide a few suggestions to better cope with it. We do not over due or over sell any part of dealing with past traumas but we do address Military and First Responder issues here at the TRU Campus.

Trauma Programs 1, 2, and 3 are led by everyday people who are turning their own pain into purpose by helping others live well in spite of trauma. Could the tragedies and trials of your past be repurposed to bring someone else hope and healing!
